You get a complete unopened bag full of pellets, just like the ones included in the 6 - 8' snow globes. Please note, because the box is just about 4 cubic feet, fedex considers the box to be over-sized, so shipping is based on the size of the package... not the weight. There are NO RETURNS on this product. There is no warrantee on this product. This is a replacement for snow pellets which has no function other then looking like snow.
