Basic information about placing an order can be found here. please be dsure to read all the information completely prior to placing an order.
How To Place An Order - We accept orders through our online ecommerce order system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also accept credit card orders for non-sale / non-clearance / non-special offer purchases over the phone via our Toll Free Order Line: 1-866-736-0804. We accept credit card phone orders Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm EST. Under no circumstances will we accept Money Order, Certified or Bank Check payment options orders over the phone. These types of orders MUST be placed online on our automated order system, where you can select the appropriate payment method. Being that we ship within the USA only, we will accept orders from computers (IP Addresses) Located in the USA only. If you are outside the USA and attempt to place an order from a non-USA IP address, the order will be canceled and refunded. This is for security reasons. Please await until you are state-side and replace the order.
All information submitted must be accurate and valid. Failure to provide false information in any way will be seen asa direct violation of our order policies.
Price Match Policy - Our Price Match Policy applies to competing certifiable online retail store prices only. The item same exact item must be in-stock and available to order on both our site and the competitor's site. This policy does not apply to private resale, online auctions, discount clubs or wholesale to public pricing, special sales, offers or promotions, including rebates, free-with-purchase offers and free or discounted shipping offers. This policy also does not apply to online retailer's loss leader pricing. This policy also does not apply to wholesale or drop ship orders where the item is being resold. All price match requests that are approved must be utilized and completed within 3 business days from said approval. Limit 1 request per item. We reserve the right to refuse your request for any reason
Price Protection Policy - Within 7 days from your purchase from us, if you find a lower price on our website or a certifiable online retailer for the same exact product you previoulsy purchased from us, upon verification we will honor the lower price and we will offer you a Store Credit in the form of a Gift Certificate Code for the difference in price to be used on your next purchase. For example, if you ordered an Airblown on our site for $50.00 and 3 days later it goes on sale on our site for $40.00, we will honor the sale price and issue you a store credit for the difference, which would be $10.00. The only exceptions to this policy is if the item is on a One Day Sale or Todays Sale offer and or has been placed on Clearance Sale on either our site or the competitor's site, in which case this policy is invalid. That store credit will be good on any future purcahse within one calendar year.
Please note... We do not protect Free Shipping offers found on other sites after your purchase. If the Free Shipping offer is on our site, we will honor the difference and issue you a Store Credit for the difference in totals of your order. Please note, all price differences will be done as Store Credit only. We will not issue refunds or credits on credit cards for Price Protections. The only way we can honor the lower price is by way with Store Credit. Please [ Contact Customer Service ] for complete details and to file a claim for price protection. Keep in mind, or offer to Protect your Price is done so as a courtesy. Please be within 7 days if requesting a price protection credit and please request it by contacting customer service on by clicking on the link above. We reserve the right to refuse your request for any reason.
Your Order Number - When placing an order online, upon completion you will be transfered to a confirmation page that will have the order number in large bold type. Please make note of this order number, or better yet, print out the computer screen as instructed. You will also receive a email confirmation of yoru order that will also include your order number. Please print the email as well and save them as back ups in a secure location on your computer. Your order number is the key piece of information you need when contacting us in any way in regards to your order. If you lost your order number, you can easily look it up by logging into your account and click on the Order History icon the Customer Control Panel page.
Order Cancellations - Because of the fast turn around time on order, order cancellations beyond the first 60 minutes or after 1 hour after placing the order will be accepted but a 10% cancellation fee will apply. If the order has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. you can return it when you receive the order by visiting our website and click on the EZ Returns links
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at our sole descretion. If your order is canceled by our staff for breach of contract, invalid payment, false information provided or any other negative reason otherwise seen as a violation or abuse, we reserve the right to charge a Order Cancellation & Processing Fee of $10 for orders of less then $100. Order of $100 or more will incur a 10% Order Cancellation & Processing Fee.
Pre-Order Cancellations - Pre-ordered items are reserved for customers and taken from inventory. We can not accept a customer reserving an item, which limits other customers from buying the item, then allow cancellation of such. So our cancellation policy is as follows: When placing the order, the customer is making a commitment to purchase the item. We will gladly cancel a pre-order without penalty if canceled within 24 hours. A full refund will be provided. If you cancel after 24 hours, a 3% payment processing fee will apply and a 25% re-stocking and admin fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. Orders canceled after 90 days will incur a 3% payment processing fee and a 50% re-stocking and admin fee will apply. No refunds will be provided for pre-orders canceled beyond 90 days... only store credits.
Pre-Order Cancellations After shipping - in addition to the above policies, If a pre-ordered item has been shipped and has been returned because of cancellation of an order or non-delivery... shipping both ways will be charged and deducted from your refund or store credit in addition to a 50% restocking fee. If you took advantage of Free Shipping, as per the free shipping offier... Free shipping only applies if you keep the merchandise. If the merchandise is returned because of non-delivery or refusal, you are responsible for shipping to you and back to us from your undelivered location. Under no ciscumstances will we incur any shipping costs for underlivered and returned packages.
Return Policy - We offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, with certain conditions. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your un-opened purchase, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H and any processing fees). 90 Day Limited Warranty - Gemmy Industries warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that all Airblown Inflatable products are thoroughly tested and inspected before shipment and is guaranteed to be free of factory defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. This is the manufacturer's warranty.
We will honor the manufacturer's warranty as a courtesy. Some exceptions de apply. Please Visit the EZ Returns Section of our website for exemptions. Upon receipt of yoru merchandise, we strongly recommend that you immediately inflate your item(s) to make sure they are free of defects. If you expereince a problem, we will gladly assist you simply view the EZ Returns section of our website for more information and for details and instructions on returning defective merchandise.

- Merchandise Information
Prior to placing your order, please be sure to read all information available for the product(s) your interested in. make note of any products that are either pre-orderable or in-stock. Also note approximate sizing and application details. Also keep in mind, Inflatables are made by hand, so sizing is not exact. Even though the manufacturer's packagig may state an exact size, it is possible for you to buy two of the same inflatable and sizing will be different between the two. We post the closest approximate foot size as a guide. The actual items product may vary as much as 1-5 inches either way. If you need the item for a specific application with no tolerence, give us a call and we will try to provide you an accurate size to what will be sent. Otherwise if you order, you accept the item as an approximate size with the sice different range of 1-5" from the noted size on our site.
Catalog Requests - Our website features all the items we carry. Because we constantly add new products, a printed catalog would become outdated very quickly. Therefor we do not have nor send out printed catalogs. Our websites are our catalogs.
In-Stock Merchandise - We make every effort to ship in-stock merchandise in 1-3 business days. From time to time we encounter problems that interfear with our ability to ship within that time frame. If this is the case we will notify the customer and provide an estimated ship date.
Out of Stock Merchandise - Very often we sell out of merchandise. If the item is sold out and not available for pre-orders, then more then likely the item will be back in stock closer to it's respective holiday. For example, if you are looking for an inflatable Christmas item in Feb. and it is out of stock, you want to check back closer to christmas. The best thing to do is book mark the item's description page and check back from time to time to see if they are back in-stock or available for pre-order. If you placed an order for merchandise that has sold out, we will offer you the option of Full Refund, Order an additional item with a 25% bonus credit or give you a store credit for the full amount plus 25% bonus credit. We request that all refund requests are done so within the same method of payment. All electronic credit or debit card refund requests must be done within 30 days so we can apply the refund on o your account. All requets made after 30 days will only receive a store credit for the purcahse amount paid plus applicable shipping. Bonus credits or offers are not provided on request made 30 days or later.
Pre-Order Merchandise - In most cases we offer customers the ability to pre-order merchandise for new merchadise that is either on order, in production or on its way from the orient. There usually is a 2 month shipping window for pre-order merchandise which means the merchandise can be received and we start shipping any time within that window. The main reason for this is because the items do come from the orient by shipping vessel, and unlike UPS or other shipping carriers... it can take anywhere from 6 - 12 weeks for the merchandise to arrive. The shipper does not provide us with an ETA Delivery date because there are too many variables that are out of their control that can cause delays. Even if they did provide a date that date can change based on weather, port and dock delays, rail and trucking delays etc. So if you you decide to place a pre-order, we ask that you do NOT email us on the first couple of days within that shipping window asking about the item or its timeframe for delivery. Simply said... We dont know. When the items come in, they will be shipped and you will be notified by UPS of shipment with tracking information. By placing an pre-order order on our site, you agree to the shipping window, which means we can start to ship any time within that window. So please dont email us for a status during that window time frame.
Sometimes there are delays, and by placing a pre-order on our website, you also agree that you will accept the delay in receipt of merchandise as long as it is received 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the intended holiday. We will do the best we can to get you the merchandise just as soon as possible but we can not ship until we receive it. Once pre-ordered items are received, they are sorted and start shipping out to all the pre-orders. This process can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. We would not be able to tell you exactly when your order will ship because that depends on the number of pre-orders in the system. How many orders they get to ship a day etc.
Now, the benefit of pre-ordering is that you will get the pre-order sale pricing and be one of the first to receive the merchandise when they arrive. Again, once the merchandise is arrived in our warehouses, we process all pre-order shipments first. Pre-order merchandise is shipped in the order that the consumer's orders are received.
In the event, an item is cancelled, not produced or we do not receive inventory of said item, we will offer you a choice of a full refund the purchase price and cost for shipping of that item... a exchange for another item or a store credit. Please note all refund will be made in the same method of payment. Credit Card refunds beyond 30 days will receive a store credit.
Merchandise Pricing - Most of our merchandise is priced at or below the suggested retail price. From time to tiime we do offer specials or clearance pricing. These prices are posted on our website. We will not adjust pricing for any reason. Once a sale is made at a price, and the order has shipped, we will not adjust the price if the item goes on sale, just as we would not expect you to pay more if the price is raised. We reserve the right to change pricing as we see fit. Price increase/decrease is based on the product availability and product demand.
Sales / Coupons / Discounts / Clearance - From time to time we run sales, closeouts, clearance, special offers or provide a Price Match Guarantee Discounts. Retail Customers taking advantage of these discounts and or offers MUST do so at time of placing their order online on our automated order system. We reserve the right to limit quantities. The discount or coupon code must be entered at time of placing the order. Orders must be paid at time of placing the order by credit card or instant paypal transfer online only. Discounts will not be valid and will not apply on any sale or clearance merchandise orders that are paid by e-check, money order or phone in payment as their payment option. For non credit-card or paypal payments orders, you will be charged full price for these items.
Please note: Sales, coupons and discounts are only good at time of sale. We do not accept excuses that the checkout system did not give you aplace to enter the discount code, or the discount did not work etc. We test all aspects of the discount prior to releasing them. So just follow the instructions and make sure you apply for the discount or sale at time of placing the order. No exceptions.
Disclaimer: If you see merchandise on our website we suggest you order it right away and do not hesitate. You may just come back and find that it is sold out or that the prices raised. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at our sole descretion.

We accept the following forms of payment payable in US Dollars only.
All Major Credit Cards Online - All payments made by credit card must be from those customers with a US street or PO Box billing address. We can not accept orders from Non-US addresses.
All credit card payment orders must be shipped to the confirm billing address as noted above for that specific payment method. Orders totalling $100 or more in product value prior to any discounts will be sent with Signature Required. Upon shipping, Fedex will email you a confirmation with tracking details. We will also post this information on your order status in realtime. You can access the information 24 hours a day. In the email confirmation or when tracking the order in your order status, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. Please be sure to have an adult sign for your package.
NON-DELIVERY & REFUSALS - If Fedex returns a package because they were unable to deliver the package to you, the customer, or because you refused the package, understand that we will offer you to reship the item at an additional shipping cost, or we can refund you for the cost of the item less shipping fees incurred in shipping the item to you.
Missing & Damaged Shipments - All orders are shipped insured. If your order has been damaged or lost during shipping, please file a claim on www.Fedex.com You will need your Tracking Number handy, which can be located 24 hours a day on your order status. We ship UPS, therefor we can not ship outside the US. Charges on your card will appear from one of the following: NYC MERCH or MERCHANDISE - BUYINFLATABLES - PAYPAL or AUTH.NET

Paypal payments that require a refund are done through the original transaction if within 60 days. Paypal allows up to 60 days for a seller to issue a refund through the transaction. These refunds are done in 1-2 business days.
Refunds beyond the 60 day period have to be manually processed and sent through Paypal. These refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
Money Orders - We accept all Money Orders drawn from US Banks, Financial Institutions or other recognized money order suppliers. Money orders must be made payable in US Dollars only. All customers wishing to pay by money order must first place their order on our online shopping cart system. You will then be contacted via automated email with detailed instructions on how and where to send payment. When sending in your payment, please do so within 7 days. If payment is not received in 7 days, your order will automatically be canceled and you will need to replace your order. Also please remeber to include your order number on your payment. Failure to include your order number will result in extensive delays and may cause other problems, so please include your order number when corresponding with us or sending payments. Visa, MC and Amex by Phone - Yes, you can call us with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express payment for non-sale / non-clearance or non-special offer merchandise orders. However we will ask you for the Credit Card billing address, and we will confirm it and ship to that confirmed address only. A $5.95 Manual Order Processing Fee will be applied to all phone orders.

Charge-Backs / Stop Payments / Bounce Checks - We work hard at keeping our customer's happy. In excahnge we expect the same level of courtesy from our customers. If you encounter a problem we expect you to contact us prior to filing a chargeback or stop payment of your order. Most issues can be resolved with a simple phone call. We will not tolerate stop payments or chargebacks for any reason. If you should decide to file a stop payment or chargeback for any reason, or if your credit card company does it on your behalf, you will be immediately notified. You will be allowed 24 hours to correct the situation and make good on the payment. If the problem is not corrected, we will assume the chareback was deliberate and will take what ever actions deemed necessary to protect us from loss and or damages, which includes cancellation of any pending orders or shipments that may be pending or in transit. if the item is in your possession, we will be forced to file greivance with our and your local law enforcement agency and report you for being in possession of merchandise that does not belong to you. Because we have no desire for further loss or problems, you will also be banned from our order system and will be unable to place any orders until the chargeack has been resolved and any chargeback fees have be reimbursed. Stop payment of any kind will not be tolerated and be seen as a deliberate breach of our order policies and contract of sale which may result in judicial action.
- Basic Shipping Information
We ship to the United States only. This means we cannot ship outside the US, or APO/FPO addresse under any circumstance. Our shipping process is automated and shipping outside of the USA to foreign countries or to the above areas could not be done in an automated fashion, thus making it difficult to ship to these areas. It's not a matter of cost, it's the inability to break away from the automation system to process the shipment manually. We do not know of any distributors that do ship outside the US, so please don't ask us.
We Ship most orders VIA Fedex ground, unless you, the customer selects to expedite shipping, in which case we will ship your order based on your expedited service selection. If you need your order in hand by a specific date, please be sure to contact us at 718-815-2570 M-F 9am - 5pm to make sure we can accomodate your request. Otherwise we ship within 1-3 days as noted on most products. Some products have a long period of processing. In some instances we are able to ship same day. Please note, shipping time frames are not guaranteed unless it is expedited shipping such as 2-day and next day services. Shipping time frames are based on business days. Holidays and weekends do not count as part of the delivery time frame. So if you order something 2-day service on Friday, you will receive the item on Tues at the earliest (depending on processing time) as Sat & Sun do not apply. Shipping may be delayed during busy holiday seasons. If you need the merchandise in hand by a specific date, again, please contact us so we can make sure we can accomodate your request, otherwise we do not guarantee any shippig/processing time frame.

All orders that are returned, regardless of the reason for return, that were shipped taking advantage of our Free Shipping Promotion will incur a shipping charge on any returned order that is canceled or refunded. We offer to pay for shipping as a courtesy if you keep the item. If you return the item shipping will be charged and deducted from your refund or store credit.
If you dont agree with any of the above policies, kindly seek another provider for your holiday merchandise.
