  Costumes and other wearables and their respective accessories are not covered by any warranty. No, you ripping or tearing a seam open or riping a hole in the fabric is not considered a defect. Costumes are not designed like every day clothes. They are costumes and do not hold up well to stress or rough handling. All costumes are considered final sale once opened.
