If you receive an item you didn't order in place of an item you did order, we will gladly exchange it for you right away.

In order to process your claim, you will need to complete this form within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. Within two (2) business days you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. The RMA Number will also be posted for your convenience on your order history which is viewable by checking the order status of your order, by logging into your account on our website. Once you get the RMA Number, simply follow the "How To Return An Item Instructions" to return your item for prompt assistance.

  1. Customer Agrees all wrong merchandise claims will be made within fourteen (14) calander days from date of receipt of merchandise.
  2. Customer understands that upon receipt of the returned wrong merchandise, the merchant will reship the correct item(s) at no additional cost.
  3. Customer understands and agrees that all claims made after 14 days, will be processed as a new unopened merchandise return and will be refunded less shipping & processing fees.
  4. After 30 days, all sales final.
