In order to return your item for a refund, you will need to complete this form. Within two (2) business days you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. The RMA Number will also be posted for your convenience on your order history which is viewable by checking the order status of your order, by logging into your account on our website. Once you get the RMA Number, simply follow the "How To Return An Item Instructions" to return your item for a prompt refund.

By submitting this request you, the customer, legally agrees to the following:

  1. Customer agrees to return the item(s) in factory perfect - like new condition. The item(s) is not used, worn, soiled or damaged in any way. I will be ship the returning item(s) via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed Ex within 3 business days from receipt of RMA Number via email or posted on my order status.
  2. Customer further agrees that they will be refunded or credited at their choice in full for the purchase price of the merchandise being returned less 15% - 25% restocking fee as outlined in the return policies.
  3. The customer also understand that Shipping & Handling (S&H) charges and any order processing fees are not refundable. On items that had free shipping, the customer understands that they will now be charged for said shipping as a result of their return. We can not assume the loss of said shipping cost because YOU decided to changed your mind. Sorry.
