UN-OPENED MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Opened Merchandise Returns | Defect Returns | Wrong Item Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your unopened purchase, you may return it to our warehouse within 7 Days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product less a 20% Restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Exceptions apply. Please see below.

Terms of Policy

  1. All returned merchandise must be our labeled, new and factory sealed merchandise in resellable condition. and returned to our warehouse within 7 days from date you received the merchandise.

  2. All costs in returning merchandise to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility, unless there is an error on our part related to your order, in which case, you are viewing the wrong information. Please review the [ Our Error Merchandise Return / Exchange Policies ] if your return is a result of our error.

  3. All refund return requests must be made online through our web site by submitting an online [ Customer Service Ticket ] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). When filling out the form, be specific with the information and reason for return. All return requests must include the customer's order number.

  4. Unauthorized Returns - WARNING: All unauthorized, late or opened merchandise returns will not be processed for a refund. It will be assumed you no longer want the item and you are asking us to safely dispose of it for you.
    • Refund - receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned less a 20% restocking fee and less shipping and handling and any processing fees incurred in the placing of the customer's order.

    • Store Credit - receive a store credit for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned 20% restocking fee and less shipping and handling and any processing fees incurred in the placing of the customer's order.

Return Merchandise Exceptions

  1. All sales for holiday specific merchandise, sold within 15 days prior to or after the product's intended holiday will be considered as a Holiday Final Sale Item and not returnable unless defective. All other Clearance merchandise is sold as final sale and not returnable for any reason. This return policy will not apply to these types of sales.

  2. We will only refund or credit pre-authorized returns. All returns that do not included an RMA Numbers on the outer box or that have products that have been opened will not be processed for a refund. It will be assumed you no longer want these items and you are asking us to safely dispose of it for you.

  3. All un-opened returns that include opened merchandise will be returned to customer at customer's expense.

  4. All returns beyond the 7 day period will not be processed for a refund. It will be assumed you no longer want these items and you are asking us to safely dispose of it for you.

Refund Proceedures

  1. All qualifying refund request returns will receive a full refund for the purchase price (less 20% restocking fees and less S&H and processing fees) for the product(s) being returned.

  2. All refunds on products that qualified for free shipping will be refunded less our costs incurred in shipping the merchandise to you. So in other words... if you order an item that has free shipping, if you should decide to not keep the item, you will pay for the original shipping costs to ship the item to you. This charge will be deducted from the refund or credit provided.
    Shipping is only free if you keep the item. If you return it... you pay for shipping.
  3. All refunds will be less 20% restocking fee and less shipping, handling and any processing fees that were incured in the placement of the customer order.

  4. All refunds will be provided in the same method as the original payment.

  5. Please allow up to 30 days for processing your return and refund. DO NOT contact us 3 days later asking where is your refund. That will only delay your refund.

Store Credit Proceedures

  1. All qualifying store credit request returns will receive a store credit for the purchase price (less 20% restocking fee and less S&H and processing fees) for the product(s) being returned.

  2. All store credits are good for one (1) full calendar year.

How To Return An Item

Prior to returning an item, please read all the above policies and then and only then submit a [ Return Request Form ] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number).

  1. All returns must be pre-authorized and have a valid RMA Number. Returns without a valid RMA Number will not be processed for a refund. It will be assumed you no longer want these items and you are asking us to safely dispose of it for you.

  2. Carefully re-pack your new and unopened item(s) in the same or similar shipping box that you received it in. DO NOT Ship the item back in the retail (colored) packaging. If you fail to ship your item in an outer shipping box, like you received it... your return will not be processed for a refund.... as we will then not be able to resell the item with a damaged retail package. On the outside of the shipping box, please print your RMA Number in large bold letters. Use a permanant marker to assure it will not rub off or fade. Be also sure to include your return address on the package. We will not accept returns without an outer shipping box or without an RMA Number.

  3. All returns must be post marked no later then 5 business days after receipt of RMA Number. Please do not procrastinate shipping back the item. The faster we receive it, the faster we can issue a store credit or refund.

  4. All return shipments must be shipped to us by Fed-Ex or UPS Ground Service only with tracking and insurance. Please be sure to return items using Fedex or UPS, as we are unable to accept deliveries from other carriers at this time. Also be assured to insure your shipment. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

  5. All costs in returning merchandise to us is the customer's responsibility.

  7. Please follow all the very simple instructions above. If the packages are not shipped and addressed as above, our local Fed-Ex and UPS facilities have been instructed to not deliver the package to us and they will automatically return it to the customer at the customer's expense. So please follow the simple instructions.
