In order to return your item for a refund, you will need to complete this form. Within two (2) business days you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. The RMA Number will also be posted for your convenience on your order history which is viewable by checking the order status of your order, by logging into your account on our website. Once you get the RMA Number, simply follow the "How To Return An Item Instructions" to return your item for a prompt refund.

  1. Customer agrees to return the item(s) in new and factory sealed condition and they will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed Ex within 3 business days from receipt of RMA Number via email or posted on my order status.
  2. Customer further agrees that I will be refunded or credited at their choice in full for the purchase price of the merchandise being returned only.
  3. The customer also understand that Shipping & Handling (S&H) charges and any order processing fees are not refundable. On items that had free shipping, the customer understands that they will now be charged for said shipping as a result of their return. We can not assume the loss of said shipping cost because YOU decided to changed your mind. Sorry.
