1. How are my items shipped?

BuyInflatables.com ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers. Generally, retail orders are delivered by the United Parcel Service ( UPS ) Ground Service®.


2. Where do you ship and where do you not ship?

We ship to the Continental United States only. This means we ship to all states with the exception of P.R. Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to these states or internationally as UPS considers them all to be international shipments. Our shipping process is automated and shipping outside of the Continental US could not be done in an automated fashion because of the document requirments.


3. When should I expect to receive my shipment?

Delivery time averages 1 to 5 business days once your item(s) leave our facility. If you provide a valid email address when ordering, a notification will be sent when the shipment occurs. The email will include a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment online.

Pre-orders ship as posted on our website. We suggest that you check our website periodically for updates as receiving and shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change. Also if you pre-order merchandise and move prior to our shipping, please notify us in writing of this change of address. Please send all notifications in a trackable method so you know it has been received. We will not be held liable for mis-shipped merchandise.


4. Do you offer faster shipping options?

Yes we do.

If you would like to express UPS your order, during the checkout process be sure to upgrade your shipping option to reflect either Next Day or Second Day Delivery. Click on the Recalculate Shipping button and you will see the shipping was upgraded and appropriate fees applied. 5. Can I return an item that I received as a gift?

We will gladly accept a gift return for exchange (less S&H) within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. The value of the replacement item (plus S&H) may not exceed the value of the returned item (less S&H). All returned items must be unused and unopened. See our Order Policies for full details.


6. Can I return an item that I purchased from another retailer?

No. We do not accept returns, exchanges of any kind if the item was not purchased from BuyInflatables.com


7. What is your return policy?

Upon receipt we suggest you inflate the inflatable to make sure the inflatable is in working order and in perfect condition. All claims of damaged or D.O.A. inflatables must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If you receive a damaged or D.O.A. inflatable, we will gladly accept a return for exchange for the same exact inflatable if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a credit or refund (less S&H) at our choice.

8. How do I return an item?

To return an BuyInflatables.com purchased item, first call our customer service team at 1-718-980-7004 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please return the item(s) in the same packaging it was shipped in to the address below. All returns must be done by UPS with tracking and insurance coverage. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice (packing slip) with your RMA number written on it along with an explanation stating why you are returning the item(s). We will issue a replacement .
