Yes, you can cancel your order
at any time prior to the order or
merchandise being shipped (with the exception of pre-ordered merchandise - see noted below) without
penalty or cost. To cancel an
order, have your order number
available and contact our
Customer Support Center at

Us page and we will be
happy to assist you.
All Pre-Order cancellations after 48 hours will incur a $5.95 cancellation fee.
If you decide to cancel an
order after the order or
merchandise has shipped but prior to receiving the item... Please
await the arrival of the item.
When you receive the item contact
our Customer Support Center at

Us page and we will be
happy to assist you. All
cancellation requests must be
done on the same day the item(s)
are received. NO EXCEPTIONS. You
will be able to cancel the order
and we will refund in full less
any credit card or paypal
transaction fees and any shipping
fees that may have been incurred,
plus a $5.95 order cancellation
processing fee. All returned
merchandise must be unopened.
WARNING: If you decide to cancel, and
the item has shipped... do not
just refuse shipment. Refused or
undeliverable shipments will be
subject to double shipping fees to cover shipping
charges both ways. Restocking fees (15%) and payment processing fees will also apply. If you decide to
stop payment we will consider it
as internet fraud, and we will
prosecute to the full extend of
the law. The customer is
responsible for all shipping cost
to and from our warehouse and
restocking fees.
After the item is delivered,
it is then considered as "Final
Sale" unless the item is
defective. If you should decide to cancel an order after the merchandise is received, we may accept a
return or cancellation at our
sole descretion. All acceptable
returns will be subject to any
payment fees, swhipping fees and
a 15% restocking fee.
Again, we will accept a return if mercandise is defective in which case you must
make a claim within 48 hours from
time of receipt. After 48 hours
or after the holiday the item was
purchased for, all claims for defective merchandise must be made to the manufacturer..

Be assured that you obtain a
RMA number prior to sending us a
return as we will not accept any
returns without a RMA Number.
We are not in the business of
shipping merchandise so you can
look at it and return it. If you
dont want it... dont order
it.
