Everything you need to properly inflate and display your inflatable is included with your purchase. Heavy duty fan, base anchor stakes, tether stakes and tether ropes are all included along with extra fuses and bulbs. 2. How should I clean my inflatable if it gets dirty? Very simple. Just wipe the inflatable clean with damp cloth and allow to dry before storing away. Use mild detergent if necessary. 3. Is the image on your site accurate to what I will be sent? We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor modifications occur between production runs. There we and the manufacturer (Gemmy Industries) specify that the actual item may vary slightly from photos. 4. How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your Web pages? BuyInflatables.com verifies the dimensions of all inflatables on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly. In most cases the size stated is rounded off to the nearest foot. For example, a Snowman may be actually 8 foot 2 inches. He will be advertised as an 8 foot inflatable. 5. What kind of art do you sell? BuyInflatables.com is the world's leading online marketplace for Gemmy Holiday Inflatables. We only offer Gemmy Inflatables. We will send you a notification via email, including alternate suggestions, if one or more of your items are discontinued. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue you a refund check for the amount of the item. If you paid by credit card, we will issue you a refund credit. 11. How can I tell if an item is in stock? On each product information page, there is a link called " Design Availability". Click on the link and a pop-up window will appear that indicates product availability. If an inflatable is in stock, this will state "Ships Immediately" If we are in the process of restocking an item, the phrase will state an estimated shipping window.
