Look up the payment you made to NYC Merchandise or BuyInflatables.com. When you find it, click on the "Details" for the payment(s) in question. 4. Within the payment details you will see a Cart Order Number as part of the description of what you ordered and sent payment for. This is the Cart Order Number we need. Jot it down and keep it in a safe place for future reference.  5. Return to the Check Order Status Form, and complete it with your new found Cart Order Number.
